Well folks "The Sheikher" did it again! The ink on the last review I wrote wasn't even dry yet and Sam sends me a full price cash offer for my 7 acre property in Spicewood! My spec was to sell it by the end of December. The deal will close on 12/14/18. Not only mission accomplished but my timing spec was exceeded! As I said before, with Sam it's not about luck, coincidence or timing. It's about rock solid top notch professional skill and expertise! This is just one more piece of evidence that proves the point. I refer to Sam Sheikh as "The Sheikher." Here is my story: I decided to move to WA State. Found a house there and entered 30 day contingency contract upon sale of the house in Austin which was a hot market, and had listed with an agent about a week earlier. 30 days came and went without a single bite. Entered new contingent contract where the owner in WA agreed to finance me for 5 months interest free and if my house didn't sell by then, interest would accrue at month 6 with a balloon payment for the full price at the 12th month. I thought no-brainer as the house would sell quickly. Fired the first realtor and hired the second who "specialized" in the Lakeway area. 4 months passed without no bites after dropping the price twice! Met Sam, fired the "specialist" and hired him. The house hit the MLS on a Tuesday with "The Sheikher." The following Tuesday I was under contract at $10K more than the list price! It closed just in time to avoid having to continue finance with interest. I cannot tell you how much pressure I was under having moved to WA not knowing when the house would sell.
