Well folks "The Sheikher" did it again! The ink on the last review I wrote wasn't even dry yet and Sam sends me a full price cash offer for my 7 acre property in Spicewood! My spec was to sell it by the end of December. The deal will close on 12/14/18. Not only mission accomplished but my timing spec was exceeded!
