I'd give Sam 10 stars if I could. While other agents not only evaluated my house at a much lower price but also had long to-do lists of minor repairs, and remodeling before selling. Sam is very knowledgeable of the neighborhood, area, and went the extra mile to help get everything handled as easily as possible.
