Contact Sam right now! ...Seriously, right now!! I cannot even begin to describe how awesome Sam was throughout the buying process but by golly, I will try. He's knowledgeable, always accessible, and at the end of the day, he will always go to bat for you and what you want. My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers and I'll be honest, at first we didn't think we needed a realtor. While we were searching for homes, we came across a lot of realtors who were offering us their services. It wasn't until we met and talked to Sam that we knew we wanted him to be on our team. On the first day we met him, we grilled him for two hours about the home buying process and he sat there patiently and answered all of our questions. He even took the initiative to drive around with us so we could ask him questions about particular properties. Throughout the process, he kept us completely informed, and if we had questions at midnight or early in the morning (both happened on multiple occasions) I could text him and he would respond immediately. He always worked around our schedule and was completely available to us. Once we chose the house we wanted, he negotiated the seller down and we ended up getting the house for an obscenely lower amount than the asking price. And on top of that he still got the seller to pay closing costs. How did he do it?? I'm still asking myself. He was the ultimate mediator between us and the title company and the lender. We are so grateful that he was on our team. I don't ever really write reviews, but I couldn't pass up writing one for this guy. I'm still at awe on how much he supported us and negotiated for us. He was our biggest asset in this whole process, the best realtor, and that's that.
