Buying a home can be stressful and trying event. Our journey started with one realtor and ended with Sam Sheikh. Finding the right realtor is key to finding your home. Don't leverage your buying power with someone who's only in it for the commission! n nBefore my wife and I decided to go with Sam, we found ourselves doing the majority of the legwork of finding houses we thought fit our needs and spent countless hours after work and on weekends visiting builders. This pushed us to the point of frustration that we decided we didn't need a realtor, since we were doing all the work. n nWhen Sam stepped onto the scene things rapidly changed.
