We HIGHLY recommend Sam! He was able sale our home in less than a month for top dollars especially homes in our neighborhood sits on the market for a long period of time. Sam was willing to meet us late in the evening to view our house and put together the offer letter within a couple days of our first meeting. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process especially since this was our first time and really relieved our stress level even when we were on a very tight timeframe.
