Like they all say, SAM is the Realtor MAN! n nI was a first time home buyer in June of 2016 when Sam found my new home in Cedar Park. Being a first time home buyer there were countless questions, concerns, and confusion racing through my mind. However Sam was able to thoroughly explain each and every detail, aspect, and contractual language confusion I had by breaking down everything into simple terms I could easily understand. Sam was also an excellent negotiator with my newly built! Most people assume there is little to no room for negotiating with a new build, HOWEVER working with Sam it was not the case! He was able to sweeten the deal, negotiating HOA's, kitchen appliances, new home upgrades, and above all a PRICE REDUCTION! I was also blown away by Sam's experience in the housing construction industry, by his examination of the hard wood floors in a new built. I felt safe, comfortable, and at ease working with Sam throughout the entire home buying process. The best quality Sam has, he never adds pressure or tension into a situation, his cool and calm demeanor was awesome!!! I have referred Sam to my colleagues, friends, and my family and would also recommend him for any real-estate transaction!

We HIGHLY recommend Sam! He was able sale our home in less than a month for top dollars especially homes in our neighborhood sits on the market for a long period of time. Sam was willing to meet us late in the evening to view our house and put together the offer letter within a couple days of our first meeting. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process especially since this was our first time and really relieved our stress level even when we were on a very tight timeframe. Also, We were able to witness him negotiate with the sales representative at the model home bringing the the price down for our new home. His expertise and negotiating skills helped us tremendously. He is a true Realtor at heart and has always gone out of his way to meet our expectations without any further questions asked. We have truly enjoyed his time and his patience with us. It also helped that Sam knew how VA loan(s) work and we didn't have to do anything but sit back and relax. There are many Realtors out there but, Sam is special. We wish there were more like him! We truly know that we will keep him in mind and would highly recommend him to anyone who is selling a house on the market. Once again, Sam is truly the MAN !!!!

I'm speechless! Literally! There is no way to describe my feeling of satisfaction after the closing of my house thanks to Sam! He sold it in less than 5 days, thousands above anticipation; 30k more than what most Realtors quoted me!! I interviewed 4 Realtors, and heard a lot sales pitches but when Sam was recommended by a friend - I finally found someone honest, with integrity, and most importantly, his concern and highest priority to net me the most! He's a different animal! Emotions aside, it's strictly business for him and in this business, a closer is exactly what you need when selling a house!
